Dreading travel with family

Hi everyone, just looking for some advice here, as my therapist isn’t being much help.

In 6 weeks my family (5 in total) is going overseas, and I am honestly dreading being around them 24/7. We are doing a 130km walk, and then travelling around Europe for a month.

I suppose I am fearing two things: one is missing my 6-month-old golden retriever puppy, and the other is not enjoying the trip because of the relatively strained relationship in the family. FYI, have been clinically diagnosed with major depressive disorder, borderline personality disorder, severe adjustment anxiety and chronic cluster headaches.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Have a plan do not go without one. I would suggest self care as a priority and have fun. family is all we have!
