Sadness overwhelming

So many things going on I not dealing well. Lots of crying lots of just wishing I could sleep the day away. My 16 year old dog just passed. My children moved out of state. My spouse wants to move out of state. And find out he a cheater. It all is too much.

Im overwhelmed too. Wish i was gone. Havent slept well cant think anymore.No help no hope . Want to be gone.

I try to take one day a time. Im negative radiate it turn people off. My landlord slum lord. My mind doesnt work anymore. Cant focus
