Someone to talk

Milliewaterlilly profile image

I know I can be tiresome but today I woke up in a miserable state, feeling hopeless and not wanting to wake up. I thought the meds were working, in fact I'm less anxious but I feel more depressed now and not wanting to exist. I had to let this out. If there's someone I can talk to this would help me regulate and maybe keep on finding solutions.
