Please someone to talk to
You Are Not Alone. Can you get out and walk that helps my anxiety. Just know it will pass. Perhaps you could listen to some favorite music or watch a movie or take a hot bath. Something to relax you. If you see a doctor for meds you could reach out to them.
Can you reply with a list of your favorite foods? Or favorite songs, favorite articles of clothing, favorite types of weather? Lists sometimes help.
Hang in there Millie. You’re not alone. Even if it seems like it at the moment. So many of us understand and feel with you, float in the same boat at times. Try to do some deep breathing exercises at least once an hour. Do five to six of them in a set. Deep inhale through nose exhale slow through nose. Think this too shall pass. I am strong. It will be ok. Any mantra that helps you. Try a brisk walk or just journaling as well some of your fears and thoughts and then letting them go after. Saying I’m done with them let me do something else, then proceed to another activity. Prayers up to you.
I completely understand the past few day have been really hard for me as well. It will pass. Have you been able to identify what your triggers are? What do you think is causing these feelings
Sorry for what you’re going through! I understand and can relate. Life can be unfair and difficult. But please try to focus on all the wonderful things in the world: smiles, friends, trees, oceans, animals (especially otters!), children, hugs, sunshine, mountains, laughs, love, forgiveness and God. Please pray to Heavenly Father, he loves you and wants to hear from you!

Hold it
Let it out slowly
Be present.
Is there a way you can reduce or remove your triggers?
I have had a lot of success with EFT. You can go online and watch videos to learn. Then- practice. Depression comes and goes and you need to have a lot of tools in your toolbox. And you can't always rely on other people. They have their own problems and get overwhelmed with ours.
Here are some tips I use:
* Box breathing. (google it)
* Magnesium Oil (absorbs MUCH better into the body by rubbing into the skin versus a magnesium pill, without the negative digestive effects). Also make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D3.
* Prayer (Google all bible verses pertaining to fear and anxiety..."Be anxious for nothing, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Google search the bible verses containing the words "worry" "fear" "anxious". Write them down, read them to yourself DAILY.
* Physical activity. Walk or similar exercise. Shoot for 15 minutes a day. Getting outside is very helpful...nature gets us out of our heads.
* Music. Youtube has tons of relaxing sound effects/music videos. Play in the background while working/relaxing. This will distract from anxious thoughts and help calm your mind.
* Try to avoid isolation. If you find yourself alone, without anyone locally you can be with, go to online emotional wellbeing support meetings, such as
weconnecthealth.io/free-onl...
This will help with loneliness and give you more of a sense of community and lets you know you aren't alone in your suffering.
