all these anxiety attacks are killing me slow, i try to stay calm bc im always around my boyfriend so i’d go in the shower while he’s playing his game so i can just cry and pray and clear my mind. its so tough right now. i was almost able to control my attacks fully but since quarantine started i feel trapped. i don’t know how much of this i can take..i would never harm myself in anyway but im so fking tired of my own mind driving me crazy. im not on any meds to keep me calm or anything but i want to, do i speak to my doctor about it or??

need someone to talk to .
Talk to your doctor about it for sure and you should tell your boyfriend, it might be easier to deal with if he is holding you and aware that you are not going great. I am very sorry but remember that COVID-19 will pass eventually and our lives will go back to normal. I hope this helps
Talking to your boyfriend about it might make it easier and help with calming you so that you aren’t dealing with it alone.
I used to take medication for my anxiety but whilst i did I used other exercises to help me calm myself and now take no medication at all!
COVID-19 has made it difficult I think for myself & many as having to adjust but if you find exercises or anything that helps with anxiety just try and stick with that.
To be honest I am quite happy in Lock Down, I was out yesterday and we made good use of the time, shopping and getting an injection. However I was quite pleased to get home and get on in the garden etc.
It is important you are able to go out for a walk, in the UK everyone is allowed to go for a walk each day, you can go out with your boyfriend, family members living in the same house or even just your Dog if you have one. If you take that one walk, you cannot go out again that day so the dog will need to go out with someone else who has not walked out that day.
Do you have any hobbies, gardening in the UK if you have a garden you can spend all day outside on your own land
Are you keen on outdoor sport, you can use the time to go for a run or cycle.
You have a computer, Try You Tube, it has a marvelous library etc of films you can view give that a try. There are programs on the Internet on exercise etc that you can do inside, that may help you relax.
Try Diversions and hobbies, that can raise your mood and positive attitude
