It's killing me

No matter how much meds i take, grandma's words that mom started drinking because dad left, are burning my brain. I hope she's just manipulating me or overreacting. I don't want dad to be the reason mom dies of alcoholism. She always complains of her children's partners. She said "ur uncle goes to the forest because of his unhealthy marriage, ur mom has beer". And this b1tch my grandmother left heavy alcohol for mom in our room. And then i was crying, she said "what should i do, hang myself? Stop doing this to me"

So sorry 😞 your going through this love ❤️ I hope pray 🙏 ❤️ your mum gets help for her alcohol problems 🙏 also 🙏 that you get the help and support you need all this is NOT your fault love, its wrong decisions made by others. Like divorce and drinking. Sorry but your grandma sounds cruel would she not offer any help or support for you and your mum. How old are you if you don't mind me asking. Take care God bless you give you strength and comfort at this sad bad time. 🙏🙏💗💗🤗🤗🌹🌹

Your mother’s drinking problem is her responsibility. It’s not your dad’s fault or yours. She has to be the one to decide to get help.

You’ve written before about not knowing how to be an adult. As I’v said to you before, you DO have the skills. They’re the same ones you used to do a stellar job on your exam. Now apply some of that psychology to your grandmother. Don’t reinforce her behavior by responding. Tell her that you love her, that you appreciate her concern, but that you will not discuss your parents with her any longer. If she starts in, remind her that the topic is off limits, and leave the room if you have to. Then positively reinforce better behavior by responding cheerfully when she talks about anything else — the weather, TV shows, clothes, her own medical issues, whatever. It will take time to get her to stop, but you have the strength to do it!

I have faith in you.
