Uncertainty is killing me

My mom got drunk and I think she hitted my sister. I went to the kitchen because i heard it's going down and when i came back i heard mom saying "if I'm a bitch, i won't drive you tommorow". I asked sis if mom hitted her but she didn't even look at me. And no, mom refuses help for her problem, don't suggest it because I will scream.

Don't know what else to tell you..try to get evidence if you can. It's a toxic environment, which I'm sure you already know. Hope you can get some help..
