embarrassed, and depressed

I was feeling depressed/lonely. I went on Facebook dating. And I responded to someone 11 years younger than me and he works for the military. I was in the military, so I thought we’d have common interest. Anyway, He text me why are you so nice one moment and so mean the next, and he said my name. I didn’t give him my last name. It was just very hurtful because I’m in a bad depression, and it makes me wonder if he delved into my service record. I was honorably discharged, but but I found out I was pregnant on 911 and I had a miscarriage in my second trimester, I attempted suicide. I was returned to duty and served two more years (total of 8). . I went for help that day, first to my commander (made an appointment) tge to psych, but the psychologist told me he had a meeting. When he asked me if I had thoughts of suicide, it’s was like a lightbulb. I know it’s more of the depression why I’m reacting support late, But I feel taken advantage of. It feels like one more disappointment.

thank you! You’re definitely right! What hurt my feelings was he said there were “red flags” that tipped him off there was something wrong with me. That’s a first, but my nephew died and honestly I’ve been self medicating with an herbal medicine (something like St. John’s Wort called Kratom). Depression this magnifies stuff.

You can stop others following you if you wish. Go into your settings and change it. I have done mine.

sounds scary. Be careful and just block him. Don’t take it personal either. Sounds like someone you might want to stay away from.
