intense stress at work

very stressed at work by my manager's injustices towards me, I can't sleep and get angry with my colleagues and my partner. however, I am afraid to tell my manager that I do not approve of this injustice because she is a mean and very resentful person.

hello, unfortunately I went to explain to him today and it didn't go well. Basically, she's the boss and the only one who decides. Earlier in the week I cried and violently closed the door in front of my colleagues who went to repeat it to my manager. I feel so bad

Your mental health is important take a leave get with your doctor

At the job I started back in May myself and colleagues have been on the receiving end of bullying from management and a couple of weeks ago they fired me giving me 4 weeks notice to finish and I feel they did me a favour when they did that!

I feel your pain. I had a very toxic job and had to quit. You do what you need to do for your health and family. Take care of yourself first. Pray to Heavenly Father for help. He will listen and wants to hear from you. Hugs.

I was in a similar situation. She wasn't my direct supervisor but was sure to tell her of anything I might have done wrong. There were three of them trying to get me fired. It was very stressful. Everyday I greeted everyone which landed in silence from them. It felt disingenuous. I spoke to my brother who has managed people most of his career. He started with telling me to focus on my job. I don't have to be falsely polite. It might be good to keep a journal of dates and times of what exactly happened, no embellishment, just the non emotional facts. If someone tries to fire you, you have evidence of a hostile work environment. I went silent, no more greetings, kept my head down and continued on with my job doing everything in my power not to make any mistakes. Silence is golden. Don't give out any personal information. If someone asks you directly, just say I don't like to talk about myself- I am a very private person. This way you won't give them any ammunition.

I would like to get there. I started to list and I think my boss searched and found the document but I will continue to complete it. At noon I want to eat alone and every day she knocks on my door and says "you don't eat with us??", I can't take it anymore
