I hope it’s safe. I’ll have to look up how much is too much but omg it’s relaxing me to a huge degree.
Had anyone else found that magnesium is helpful?

I've been taking magnesium for a few weeks now and I don't notice much of a difference, but it could also be very subtle. Would I feel different if I didn't take it? But all my Dr's recommend it.
Magnesium is well known for correcting irregular heart beat, 800mg is the maximum recommended daily amount for supplementation. But I've never heard tell it has tranquilising properties. But that doesn't mean it hasn't.
That's good to hear. It's one of those things that I'm thinking about trying down the road myself.
I've tried Vitamin B6 and B12 in the past, but I can't find the right combo / daily dosage (for me) just yet.
But yeah.. I want to eventually try different magnesium, B6, and B12 combinations with my current meds to see if it makes a difference, and (hopefully) it will help in taking the edge off.
Thanks for sharing your results!
I tried it for sleep. Didn't work but I know many people that have been calmed by it. Like anything we put in our bodies our chemistry will react differently.
I'm so glad it's working for you

I have never tried it does it really help??
I’ve also used Magnesium for quite sometime. And it does have a calming effect. I do also take a super B complex, but I find that the magnesium works better for anxiety. In fact I ran out of magnesium s few days ago and I do feel that I need to take it. SAMSON
Yes Samson I never had noticed it working when I would take it in the morning but after a reeeeaaaaally stressful day yesterday I took an extra half recommended dose at night and I was so relaxed and ready to sleep ... I could feel my muscles relaxing. It really helped me. I’m glad it helps you too.
