Trying to use my time wisely 🙄

As I sit here in bed on day 3 of out of control anxiety and depression I am looking into and doing some research for things I can do differently. One was what I eat . I read to eat all inflammatory foods and for the most part I do all this and have not been drinking any alcohol or caffeine . Been on vit B12 and vit d along side my thyroid levolaroxine and Wellbutrin and still no improvements I know isolation and not moving much isn’t good but right now I can only do why I can . I do read that having auto immune problem and thyroid really contribute to mental health issues so that I’m not surprised to read but all that is regularly checked every 3 months . My new hair loss was and added auto immune diagnosis and that is alopecia which I am being treated for that as well now 🙄😩so have bald spots doesn’t help me feel confident in being out and about . Dermatologist has me on a short but aggressive oral prednisone and scalp steroid shots that I am seeing some growth but still losing hair too🤷‍♀️Man all this is just so over whelming and really has put me flat out as latley

Think it might be a good idea, if you take high strength Vitamin B complex. Don’t worry about taking more vitamin B12 because I’ve read it’s water soluble, meaning one can’t have to much. I’ve started on this now myself as I’ve found ( possibly due to my leaky gut) that I’m not getting B vitamins through my food. Anyway there’s Biotin in the High strength tablets that I take and I’m sure I’ve read that this is good for hair & nails. Just a tiny warning though. If you are going for a blood test. Stop taking the Biotin at least 2 days before because I’ve read it can skew the blood test results . My hair has gone extremely fine in parts and my eye lashes are now extremely short, so I’m hoping for help with the high strength B Complex . Will message you the name of the one I’m taking.

Sueislove, look over this information about the vagus nerve and the brain in your search for managing anxiety and depression. Thiamine is a component needed for their function but is often at a deficiency as anti thiamine factors diminish thiamine. See the stuttersense attachment. The thiamine forms sulbutiamine and TTFD are efficient passing through the blood/brain barrier. Also search on "hair loss thiamine" and "thyroid thiamine" The last attachment offers a good visual of the vagus nerve in the gut and explains thiamine's role in digestion and may help Leaky Gut. Magnesium is a component needed to convert thiamine to it's active form. It too is often found to be deficient in the diet. Search on "krispin magnesium" calculation for daily needs. Magnesium L-threonate is a form that can pass the blood brain barrier and can be included with other forms in calculating daily elemental magnesium needs. Boron increases magnesium absorption. Search on "nothing boring about boron" for more info. Always consult your health care professional before using any supplement.
