no hope

I said in my last post that I tried something new sending a story to a publisher, I was so hopeful but they never got back with me so i'm assuming it wasn't good enough to get published but thats okay I'm going to keep trying until I can reach my dream and get published. I have other options but they all cost a LOT of money and I don't have that just laying around and if i did i would spend it on my family so I lost hope for that story I'm going to keep publishing on wattpad and maybe someday things will go my way.

I hope you don't give up. From what I've heard getting published can be a long process and requires a bit of luck. I have never attempted to get my poetry published. I choose to share it instead and all the poems I've ever written are hand written in a special journal for my children to have once I am gone. Keep writing and keep dreaming. Even your posts are well written so I believe in you. HUGS ❤

Wattpad is a writing platform where you can write stories or books and anyone around the world can read them if they are good enough you could get published through them

Good Luck!👍I've been trying to get a book published for 13 years, a popular true crime story, but because I like historical accuracy I can't get it published, apparently publishers like the legends and historical inaccuracy about the events, then yours truly comes along finds the TRUE facts about the events which happened nearly 200 years ago, all properly indexed and acknowledged! "Nah! we prefer the old fictional stories!" A historian's nightmare🥴🙄Being a retired genealogist I even have the main characters family tree's, are the public interested? Nah!😤😤I can fully sympathise with you👍
