Never really used a health forum or somewhere to post about my mental health issues before. I've had aniexty for a long time throughout my life due to a number of stressful situations I've found myself in. I'm on the recovery side of things after a rather intense aniexty attack the other night but I still do not feel 100 per cent. I haven't gotten medication for it as of yet but if I get worse I know I'll need to see my gp. I'm currently waiting on a scan for irregular menstruation and am on iron tablets due to being iron deficient currently. Uhm that's about it I think unless anyone wants to know more and can help me that would be great x

Welcome to our club! Lots of friendly people and interaction. The odd joke said here and there (mine being the best😀). Also on a serious note, a lot of knowledgeable people who give good help and advice where needed!
Thank you! I have accessed my local mind charity place for support and there is a employee assistance programme I have also accessed today. That's all I was mentally prepared for today 😅
Thank you 😊 just found out its going to be 2 weeks till I can get an appointment with mind but am debating if I should go to the doctor in the mean time x
Welcome to HU!! I understand what it's like to have anxiety and panic attacks, they are not fun and sometimes it's hard to remember that others can relate and go through this in their life as well. This site has brought me some great experiences and stress FREE social media is amazing! Hopefully you feel comfortable using this forum from here on out and make some friends! I'm always here
Thank you everyone has been so kind so far. I've never had panic attacks before or didn't recognise them when my mental health declined 6 years ago and I was sectioned. I'm hoping to prevent that happening again but I know how to access help now and I think that's a positive step in the next direction x
