Hi everyone!
I'm Rebecca. I've struggled with anxiety (and occasionally panic attacks) my whole life. I came here because I was looking for online support groups. Right now, I'm struggling to find a job and it's really taking a toll on my mental health. My friends are all working/busy so I usually stay at home alone for days. It makes my anxiety act up really badly because I feel quite alone and helpless about my current situation, with nothing new or enjoyable to distract from the negative/pressurizing voices. I'm doing my best to care for my emotional and mental health despite that.
Anyway, thanks for reading this far! I like to be in nature, I like languages, cultures and people and I like learning new things. I love movies, books and anime too. I hope I can make friends here!
