This has to be uncomfortable. Hot water? Coffee? Prune juice? That's all I can think of that might be in the house. Walk around?
Some things you get at the pharmacy don't work right away. Make sure they know how long it's been so you can get something that will work faster
I hope you aren't in too much pain

Just feeling feeling extremely bloated, dunno how long before I can continue like this, it's uncomfortable, thanks for your reply!
Anything open now?
Not near me, and I doubt that they'll local shop would sell anything like that π€
Could you call? Just a " what if" thought?
Ask for a laxative, don't be shy
Hi Chris
Sorry to hear you're suffering so much.
Warm water with honey or ginger ?
Ginger tea or peppermint tea ( might have them them at the shop )
Gentle abdominal massage may help the discomfort
As its gone on so long maybe you need to speak to a pharmacist or a doctor?
Or try ringing 111 for advice ?
Do you have a walk in urgent care centre you could get to ?
Suppositories have worked for me, if you can get them today. Not much waiting around for it to work, and doesn't go through your whole digestive system. I know what it is to be suffering, and needing support. That's what I was writing about. This sure puts a damper on looking on the brighter side......
It's not helped as I've been taking painkillers for my neck and jaw problems, ny neck and throat are was really badly swollen and I had ear ache and a extremely sore throat whilst trying to eat, I was at the hospital on Thursday evening as I didn't know how bad this swelling would go, and I was concerned about my breathing as the lump and the swelling was extremely big π«£
grocery stores usually sell stool softeners or laxatives. If you start having pain or fever, get to the emergency department. You could have a blockage
Hi, if your constipation is a temporary problem there are plenty of over the counter meds available itβs just a case of what works best for you. If itβs more long term maybe a prescribed stool softener would be more helpful. Good luck.
