Is my medication hindering my sleep?

I haven't been able to fall asleep before one for almost a week now. Usually it's midnight but it's later now. While doing research, I saw that Lamictal can mess with your sleep even when you take it in the morning. I take 300mg every morning. Also, I have my anxiety under control. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. I'd rather not change up my meds but I can't keep doing this. If it is, any suggestions for pillsi can take? I'd very much appreciate it.

I'd suggest having a talk with your provider about lowering your dose. Sometimes takes a while for your body to adjust. Also, you may indeed have to try a different medication. Not what you want to hear right now, ofcourse. I can't remember how many different medications I went through before I found a good match.. Hang in there!
