Lamictal

I take lamictal, which affects the thyroid. Any drug that has interacted, lamictal is usually the culprit.I used to know someone on this drug that was handed thyroid pills. I don't think he even had a thyroid checkup. He always said it made him feel better.

I also take lamictal and Seroquel, propranolol and hydroxyzine. Sometimes I wonder if the lamictal is causing this. I know it affects the thyroid. Maybe that's why I can't breathe well.

Anyone out there try Lamictal for treatment resistant depression with concurrent RLS? It has been suggested to me as an addition to the Buproprion, which has not fully managed the depression that is currently severe.

He gave us a choice between Lamictal and Zonisamide. We chose Lamictal. Again, anyone taken the journey to step outside of the matrix? Thank you in advance. Rick

Every medication I've ever been put on has made me sick except for Lamictal which I haven't been able to continue since I was discharged from the hostpital and haven't been able to get a psychiatrist.

I’m on antidepressants and lamictal. I’ve been weaned off of lithium. I’m in therapy and just nothing is helping it’s so hard for me to talk to people now. It’s like my thoughts and socializing skills have completely gone away.

., doxepin 25 mg. for panic attacks, Ambien ER 12.5 mg. for sleep, and this past week Lamictal was added. The past few days have been SO MUCH better, but today his anxiety spiked. He wanted to drive himself to see the psychiatrist this Tuesday, and I agreed if he felt fine to do so.

I’m currently taking Lamictal XR 200mg once daily. I believe it’s probably more for bi-polar mood stabilizing than depression. I had some ketamine treatments at the beginning of the year which had some success, but they are very expensive. I have a virtual appt with my doctor Tuesday morning.

I have a psychiatrist and a therapist, I'm on Lamictal as a mood stabilizer and switched to Prozac from Lexapro. I just had increased my Prozac dose.

In 2016 I was taken off Epilim, I have JME epilepsy, I was on it for circa. eight years, with lamictal, but my hands shook so bad, fears it was Parkinson's disease, [my father had Parkinson's disease] I was 'tested' then subsequently again in 2021 both negative, I was put on Fycompa in 2016, the shaking

I started a new medication about three weeks ago (Lamictal) is that what is causing this increase in panic and depression? I'm supposed to go back to work Tuesday and very worried I will shut down again. Is anyone here available to chat with me to get through today and tomorrow? I'm desperate.

currently he takes Metadate Cd ,Abilify, Lamictal, Prozac and clonidine

He takes Abilify, Clonidine, Prozac and Lamictal also. Has anyone had luck with Dynavel XR or any other recommendations?

He currently takes Metadate CD 50mg, Prozac 20mg, Clonidine .3 (.2 in the am and .1 in the pm), Lamictal 75mg and Abilify 25mg. My son has always struggles with aggressiveness, impulsiveness and being disruptive at school. A week ago today his Abilify was increased to 25mg.

Unsure if its noteworthy but i suffered with epilepsy from the age of 28 - 38 and was taking lamictal and keppra to stop seizures. i had brain surgery in jan 2020 and have been seizure free ever since so have stopped my anti epileptic meds and my RLS is off the charts.

Now he stopped the Prozac after 21 days and gave me Lamictal. I'm so lost right now - just crying. The mornings are the worst and getting up is so very hard. I feel hopeless. I'm afraid.

I have mdd and treatment resistant depression only have had some luck with lamictal. Would love to hear anyone's input.

Hi, Wondering if I can get some advice so my son was put on Keppra back in March unfortunately it did not work for him so they have introduced Lamictal. He is currently on 1500mg of Keppra twice a day and will be on 100mg of Lamictal twice a day maintenance dose.
