So this is my suggestion which may or may not work for you.
I have had a similar problem and found that not much has helped me other than guided sleep mediation videos on youtube. I turn these on when I lay down and I listen to it. Usually I fall asleep within 10 minutes of it.
I used to have asthma. It's not fun, Sweating and out of breath all the time.
After 12 years of sleeping one hour a night I fixed it by right before bedtime eating something taking a Melatonin sleep hormone and some CBD. Works well for me but different things work for different people.
I tried so hard to do well on this website then I got in a bad mood and basically attacked someone brand new and probably scared her half to death. I feel like a complete idiot. With all my experience that is the best I can do. Utterly pathetic and an Embarrassment. I acted like I'm bigger and badder and better than everybody else them get A like for it like I did something good .
Ever really screw up when you should know better???

take melatonin but it doesnโt work for me anymore . Yes I screwed up once now i realized my mistake and Iโm learning to improve and learn from it it happens sometimes and its ok ๐
I'll get over it.
Melatonin alone will never work.
I've got to learn to keep my mouth shut when I haven't slept in a long time.
When I see what I wrote I can't believe how Hostile I can be.

I wanted to post something like this. I take zolpidem er (generic Ambien er). I cannot go w/o it because I won't sleep at all then. I've had people say warm milk, one can beer, count sheep (who knew huh). I cannot take OTC melatonin as that doesn't work either. It's zolpidem er or don't sleep at all for me. ๐

Being on your phone or computer will give you insomnia . Its the blue lightCut off your screen time early or blue light glasses

I donโt drink milk a lot I sometimes drink coffee with milk but now I eat fruit or something else for breakfast

wow ๐ณ I learned something new today ๐ so milk can be a problem for asthma and it can retard bone growth shocking
I have been so far doing better than last year thankfully Iโm less out of breath are eggs good for asthma ?
