Having panick attacks

Hi I'm Crystal an I having bad anxiety right now I have to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy on the 12 I have been struggling with acid reflex for awhile and ibs I had colonoscopy last year and I had a horrible experience I woke in the middle of the exam they said I have to come back again to finish it I got so angry and aggited and angry that I tried hurt myself cause I didn't want to go through it again the drinking the prep stuff and the colonoscopy I ended up in the hospital and the said my potassium was real low said that may of what of triggered everything then I got phemmonia too . This time there gonna do it an hospital under anesthesia so I will be out good I hope . Last time they did in there own place were that's all the do there is colonoscopy and endoscopy s.but the other thing that scared me was I've been feeling this tickling making me cough a little bit not alot in the e back of my the throat and I had to do a covid test yesterday so I'm scared if I have covid or not but I don't have no fever or other symptoms . I'm just worried if I have respiratory symptoms if they will do the exam still. An I don't know when they get the results back from my covid test. So my blood pressure is getting so high because I'm so worried I don't know what to do

Ahh thank you so much it's just the prep drink im worried about the most and my blood pressure too I also have sleep apnea I stop breathing in my sleep some times I'm afraid I won't wake up after the knock me out. I think I missed up to I ate last night before midnight a small bean burrito so I don't if that will interfere with anything.

Hi there I wanted to say I did very well with the drink just made me nausea I was able to take a nausea pill. Procedure went well too was very nervous my blood pressure was 177/90 yikes ! It's normally 130/80 so I know it was my anxiety . I had 4 polyps what are they what they mean? I also had internel hemorrhoids what is that too.
