I suffer from anxiety and depression &tmj&headaches &muscles issues for about 3 years iguess you can say I have so much stress inside me yes I cry every night or in the afternoon because I'm sad I deal with relationship issues also n I'm insecure I'm going through a lot of stress I don't even know what to do fr fr I just waiting for my life to end because this life is not what I want I'm not happy I'm sorry but I'm really not idk what to do anymore I try and try to distract myself from being sad but it all hits no matter what and always deal with gerd fuck

hey vannessa, i can empathize. i’ve had depression and anxiety myself for many years and have some “muscle issues” as well. physical disabilities, disorders and diseases can cause depression and anxiety or make it worse. It’s hard to deal with what can feel like a broken body and stay happy about it. managing symptoms can be like a full time job. I don’t know anything about your relationships but I know that if you take care of yourself, be kind to yourself and try not to compare yourself to others, it can improve your health and happiness which will help you improve your relationships and confidence.

Hi; I’ve been dealing with chronic stress for a long time, and it’s what feeds the anxiety and depression. I know how you feel.

It’s very important to make time just for yourself on a regular basis. Do what you enjoy doing, what relaxes you.

Also important to be able to talk to someone about your feelings, a therapist or counselor.

Hello. I'm so sorry to hear that your hurting. I experience alot of the same feelings you are. Have you been to a therapist? Reaching out for help is the first step. Pray, exercise, meditation. There are a lot of stuff on U-tube and apps to download, such as headspace, calm and many more. Eating healthy and getting the right sleep are very crucial for you getting better. Drink lots of water, herbal teas can help. Take it one day at a time. My motto for helping myself is Do More, Think Less and Turn it over to God. Prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I've struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time.

Like what was said above, friends are invaluable, so continue to use them.

What I will say about therapy, is that it often has a negative effect at the beginning, then it takes on a positive one and then you feel the benefit of it . Ask your GP to refer you for some more. And ask for a specific type if you've had any sort of trauma in your life that needs dealt with as CBT, if that's what you had before, in my case, didn't help.
