im so sick of this every morning i wake up anxiety takes over i cant eat or sleep im sad all the time im so scared of the virus i dont get close to my family i miss having them to talk to.

You’re not alone. I think it’s appropriate that us with pre existing anxious tendencies, would be very sensitive to such massive changes. If it helps, I have found it helpful to write down my worries on a secret journal, and acknowledge that what I am feeling is not crazy or unexpected. Fear can also be valid ! Can you perhaps ask your support system to increase at the time, chatting on the phone and Skype ? It’s normal to need more support right now. I am struggling immensely as well.

Every one has there own lifes and stress i feel alone alot i try real hard to act normal

You don’t have to act like things are fine when they are not. Express yourself freely. You are allowed, I promise. There is no normal feelings vs abnormal feelings, you are a complex human being with a complicated psyche that deserves self love and care to be its best. Allow yourself to not restrict too much of your existence because you think (just assuming, sorry), it’s the « right thing to do ». ❤️🏹

Personally I am introverted....so this pandemic, not seeing people as much and staying home more is already in my nature. For you though, maybe facetime would help? or Skype? That way you can see and talk to your friends and family. Watching the news definitely triggers my anxiety. Its important to remain informed of the current events, but try not to watch news too much, the media is making everyone panic, and for those with pre-existing anxiety it is definitely not helpful.

In the past...I had a long distance relationship...we would facetime, or make phone calls and watch the same movie at the same time. Nowadays there may even be a way to play certain board games or video games from different locations. Hope this helps :)
