Hi. I have stpd and recurrent depressive disorder. I'm tired of fighting them. I take medication, but in my country, psychotherapy is only for people who have money. I don't have my own home, I have a disability. The medicines I take are given to me by the state. but they don't help me. I am constantly tired, I am afraid to go out, it is difficult for me to cook food and clean the house. it's even hard for me to write this post.

So sorry.
Have you ever considered phoning organisations such as the Red Cross or Salvation Army ?
Don't know what sort of help is out there in your area.
If you Google Churches in your area - see what - if any - support there is. If you can get a meal delivered for example.
If you Google search 'Churches near me running an Alpha Course' you could try the phone number & leave a message.
I think Churches that run these courses under normal circumstances quite often have some support network (again under normal circumstances ).
How far is the nearest store that sells ready meals that you like? Could you make it there, taking the necessary precautions, get some meals in to reheat?
I could maybe direct you if in the UK but you are in US?
So sorry you are in this situation.
I am in Russia. unfortunately, this is not the case here. but I'll try to get outside.
Have you tried the Russian Red Cross?
Are they not getting involved with the current Global virus crisis?
