Last June I lost my job , September I got 2 new ones and I was so happy . Started my clothing line , wrote a lot of music , made new friends, I met the love of my life and March came it was the worst time ever . Got a concussion from a fight it’s been downhill ever since . My girlfriend has anxiety bad and that’s the only reason she knew I had it . Went to a therapist and I got diagnosed with a lot of mental disorders .. I’ve been so lost and overwhelmed and I can’t stop overthinking.

Do you think the diagnosed mental disorders are warranted from the therapist? Do you think that how you're feeling might be related to the concussion you suffered? I'm not dismissing anything the therapist told you but there is a lot of focus/study on concussions in sports recently so I'm just wondering if that has more to do with it than you're aware.
