Woke up worrying about money, health, loneliness etc etc. I had to cut back my work hours for a while it was just too exhausting. I’ll be 70 next year and am trying to maintain a home on what I make part time and ss I need operations on both feet but can’t spare the time off. I’m battling anxiety and depression. I have a good therapist and we are working through many difficult situations from my past. I’m basically alone no real friends and the rest of my family is at least as messed up as I am. It’s very very difficult to keep going I’m so tired. There seems to be no out.
