So I already have severe anxiety... Well this morning I found that my garage was broken into and and my car broken into. They got my ID with my address on it and a few other things. Sunglasses and such.
I had a panic attack, couldn't breathe, felt like death. In any other person this would just be a pissed off feeling. But me all I can think about is that they know where I live!!

hi sorry that this happened terrible people have to resort to things like this and cause untold pain and anger.i hope you get your car back in one piece.hopefully make your garage even more secure as well but your just feeling like most people would I think.hopefully no bank cards or anything change all your locks maybe.take care and hopefully you get the car back.
I am confused. If they broke into your garage wouldn’t they already know where you live? Or is your garage separate from where your house is? I wouldn’t compare how you react with how others react in any given situation. Their are so many factors that play into how we react to a stressful event. Don’t beat yourself up. Anyone would feel violated when their stuff is stolen. If they took the keys to the house I would call a locksmith and have the locks rekeyed.
Hi.........gypsy. I agree with Here am I. It's not correct surely to assume you were driven to a panic attack whereas the rest of us would be "only pissed off". Not sure why you are worried that they know where you live. I mean it's them that broke into your garage. It's them that broke into your car. And I think you still have your car so at least that's not stolen. Hope you've managed to calm down and see things in a better light now. Surely you've got insurance to claim on as well. When it happened to me I felt awful and shocked but rang work and of course they understood. Couple of padlocks etc might help out people off. I had usual lock and 3 padlocks.. No one bothered again. Good luck 😿
