Tonight I was having really bad anxiety .. my chest was super tight and I felt like I couldn't breathe that well... With that being said I was just trying to take big breaths in and out.... It helped alittle...but I still kind of feel it. What are some techniques that you guys do when this happens?

I get that too, like pushing on ya chest and throat, I usually just find something to do to take my mind off it, eventually it will go away
It almost feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen or something 😐
Same, I was once at the docs while is was happening and he checked and was 99% so wasn’t anything wrong, I used to think if i ran or done anything energetic I’d pass out, but I pushed through it and was fine. How I used to think was, I was fine when I woke in the mornings, this came on during the day when I was thinking too much!

Yes.... Sometimes I think way too much into sometihing and I definitely just need to relax and not worry so much
