Anxious over appt.

I have a therapist appt. this morning and for some reason I'm anxious about it. I don't know if it's because I am going to talk about things that might make me even more anxious. I usually don't have a problem going. I am actually shaking because I'm so nervous. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi purl1, yes I've had this same experience before. It's great you are going to see your therapist even though you feel anxious about it. The best we can do is keep going even when we don't feel that well. It will get better. Hopefully you have a great appointment!

Try to believe that the therapy appointment can lead to you feeling better.
