Hi everyone đź’› How are you all? My anxiety has been pretty bad... we are going to my in laws next weekend. It's a long car ride & they live in the middle of no where. My health anxiety is through the roof. My husband doesn't get it, keeps saying everything is going to be okay. My therapist says I have to trust I'll be okay away from my safe place. To pack a Mel's anxiety pack, remember my breathing and grounding exercises. It's a big step, first trip since it got super bad. My in laws don't know the full story. On some hopefully good news, my second interview Thursday. I really hope I get it, so ready to leave my current job. My coworker basically blame me for her being a bad employee. That I do it all... by choice. This lady has her blue tooth on all day at the store. Watches shows/movies on her phone, paints her nails, talks on her phone all while on the clock. I've told my manager about this, she doesn't care. I'm tried of being the only one who does there. Ready to be somewhere where I'm respected, no drama. Right now I don't need added stress.
