Anxiety through the roof

I had to Force myself to take half of a Xanax tonight I was afraid to take it but I was anxious all day and I the kind of person who hate to take medication and I was really to stop taking my Prozac

I’m thinking the same thing maybe it’ll help me sleep, haven’t been sleeping well for about a week now. If I’m lucky I’ll get 3hrs anite any suggestions besides meds? Hope you feel better.

Yes, but I don’t think I’m going to take it as of right now we’ll see how it goes. You feeling better yet?

What’s the name of the medication u take? U don’t have to struggle alone. I did self medicating and doing it alone for to lone I want my life back and I will do whatever I have to do to get it back and be normal

We can fight this together and check on each other daily I think am going to AA meetings tomorrow or Monday

I usually don’t take medication because I use to be so busy self medicating I thought that’s all I needed but sometimes we need medication
