Damage to my ear from a nightclub? Ears ringing so loud and feel blocked and uncomfortable days later! Anxiety is through the roof!

I was out on Saturday night and I remember the music being that loud I decided to leave as it was uncomfortable for my ears. Ever since they feel blocked with an horrendous ringing in them. Is there any chance of this getting better? It's been 3 days since and I feel it's even worse than the first. My anxiety has gotten so bad, I feel like I dont want to be awake. I can't take it 😞😞😞

I would see your doctor. I am not a doctor but it sounds like tinnitus.

Just been, she said just wait for any inflammation to calm down, go back in a few weeks if it doesn't. Hmm.

I got better that what I was, I still battle with it every day, some days ok some days bad... Then I have occasional weeks or couple of weeks where I feel crap and so on. So yeah it's a bit better, but still a constant thing. How are you doing?

I feel exactly same way like you now some days are bad some days are ok but bit better now it is tolerable than it was a year ago. Im thinking it either of stress or tension headache i can feel the head heavy more if im hungry the moment i eat it will be ok. Do you have any thing you notice that it make worst or good?

I would get a hearing test done....loud music or noise can damage the ear.....it starts out with ringing in the ear, but sometimes if your lucky it will go away. The only way to know for sure though is to have it looked at.

Its on the rise now with everyone using earbuds. I don’t use them. I like the old fashioned headphones.

I still have the same pair I used on my old cd/tape deck boom box I had growing up. I had to duct tape them a little but they still work. Here I am thinking early nineties technology was crap but it held up.

The best way to handle anxiety and depression is to do the opposite of what you feel like doing.

You probably feel like doing nothing. Staying in bed all day or curled up on a couch just letting...
