Worrying about worrying

So, got the new meds, been on them since Saturday. I have to admit, I do feel much calmer and more in control now than I did before. Now I am dealing with the aftermath - all the what if questions, and that still has me anxious and apprehensive. I decided that I need more regular counselling, which I will start tomorrow. I really do urge anyone who feels they need to, to go to a doctor, (or go to different doctor if you feel you need a second opinion) or go to the local hospital. There are people there who can and will help you.
