I'm new here, they told me at work I could find help here, having a really bad few weeks and could use someone to talk to... or people who might understand cuz nobody I know does, or even cares and I have NO friends who understand, in fact I have NO real friends at all....

I need this right now I just need someone to talk to to listen to know I'm not alone or crazy just need advice understanding guidance on tips on how to handle and cope during stressful times I normally can tolerate it and cope but uhhh add stress to it and sadness some depression and gets harder
