I'm having a really hard time controlling my anxiety attacks tonight Mainly its the shortness of breath right now and tightness in my chest. I have done my breathing exercises and all of that and the feeling still will not go away and I am so tired. I know that I will not be able to sleep as long as I am feeling this way. Does anyone have any tips or advice that they can give me to help me calm down and go to sleep? I did the breathing exercise (breathe in for 4 sec, hold for 4, then exhale 4 seconds) but that isn't helping tonight. Please and thank you! ❤
