I hope to be able to help you . I have had depression and anxiety most of my life. I have had struggles all my life it’s been a roller coaster.

I was wondering do u stay logged in to the site all the time or do u log out?

You crack me up I am on morning til night even when I don't respond. However, yes, I do log off. My computer office is in the basement next to the washer and dryer so every time I come downstairs, I check to see how everyone is doing I do a lot of washing xx

It is time consuming but I couldn't think of anything more worth while. So many are hurting, as a group someone is always here to listen and support. We need each other. Thanks for being there Harley. xx

This is really a great site. Great people who understand. Easy to say whatever you feel. It has helped me to feel alot better. Hope u find it this way!
