Why do I panic when nothing is wrong...

I swear, it’s so frustrating. I’m just sitting here watching tv. Nothing is going on. And my heart starts pounding. My head starts hurting. My stomach hurts. And I begin to panic. I get so scared and so nervous and I don’t even know why...

I restarted fluoxetine 1 week ago after being off of it for 2 months....maybe these are just symptoms of starting it again. It’s funny how one of the side effects of antidepressants is depression and anxiety.

Anyone else recently start meds? Having any crappy side effects?

I feel you. My psychiatrist increased my anxiety pills 4 weeks ago. Since then I’ve been having horrible panic attacks out of the blue. Like I’ll be having a great day and all of a sudden I start panicking.

I can totally relate to what you are feeling. I have been taking medication for about 5 weeks so not too recent but there’s definitely side effects. ((Hugs))

Hey there Darlarae! I,m having a funky day to! I gotta take zoloft so i,ve no experience with your"afrodeejeeack"but theres possible side effects listed on line if it helps. I,ve tryed going for2 days without my stuff and i had a nonstop dizzy hangover. Guess you get withdrawals? Yeah its really crazy how antidepressants make you depressed! That thought actually makes me smile so i,m wondering if it,s working..or wait....not working...or working? Winter has returned on the farm here. Got new snow coming down. Think i,m gonna try and sleep this funk outa my life for awhile. Hang tuff! I,m rootn for you!thomas
