Hey guys. Before I begin, I hope all is well or at least getting there. I am a 27 year old male suffering from health and mental anxiety with panic attacks. It’s been a good 6 years of getting these amazing symptoms you know trying to ruin my life everyday. More recently, I’ve been getting my panic attacks everyday now and it’s last between 10-12 hours. It’s horrible. But sometimes I feel like it’s way more than just a panic attack and was recently sent to the ER thinking I had a brain tumor because of all my headaches I’ve been getting. The results with the blood tests, urine test and CT scan all came back normal but I just always think that there’s something else. I just know it. I wanted to see if I could relate with anyone and see what your guys symptoms are like on a daily basis or when you do get your panic attacks. Thanks guys for reading.

I’ve been using GABA, 5-htp, and green tea & lavender along with magnesium supplements to tame the beast. Think it’s helping. Also, trying to keep blood sugar steady and positive thoughts too. One weird, off thought can start the spiral but if you step in and look for the positives, see all the gifts right in front of you, you can dampen the fire. This is simple but don’t get dehydrated. It’s messes with brain function. Just some thoughts.

You might be careful with the green tea supplements. I ran across a link that told about liver failure in someone who was taking too much green tea supplement. So of course I googled green tea, liver, (as I drink tons of green tea powder in water), and sure enough there are several instances of this studied and recorded. I guess we tend to think “natural” products have no side effects or problems but it reminds me to really research even the most innocent sounding things.

I can really relate to what you're dealing with, hope that you start feeling better soon. Having anxiety can really be tolling . I'm like 22 and just everyday stresses can be so difficult when someone has anxieties. Everyday little things that most people don't even think twice about. Having health problems does really help either, kinda makes everything bad even worse. I was dealing with some health problems too, still am but I dislike going to the doctors, I'd rather spend my savings on art supplies, going to the doctors only make my anxieties worse anyways. Friendly advice is to take everything slowly, bit by bit and everyday find things that matter to you, things that you enjoy. In life its the little things that really help. Forexample, when I'm feeling extra anxious I go work on an artwork or go out jogging, it really helps sometimes.

I used to get the headaches as well, but I started taking a bunch of meds for depression and Xeity and Bipolar. I have tried something new lately that has worked really well so far, keeping my body calm and the pain away, etc, its called white Kratom, I take 3 in the morning, and it lasts all day. It's purely natural, and so far Im a believer. its actual name is White Maeng DA Naturally Kratom. Do your research on this for yourself, and give it a try. I've been amazed at how well it works with my other medicine. Good luck. I also am getting ready to try CBD oil, but you can't take both at the same time.
