After 6 months of home therapy sessions due to my severe agoraphobia i will no longer do home sessions. My therapist is using a new approach last session we met at the park, yesterday we went even further, im doing better, my comfort zone is expanding, i decided to reach out to a few friends to come visit me during the weekend, even though im freaking out of my mind i refuse to back out, the panic attacks can come if they want. Spidey's training is going great so far and im thinking about signing up to take online classes until im strong enough to go back into civilization aka campus.

Sounds like progress to me Danielle. :) The little steps lead to bigger ones until you reach your goal with Spidey at your side. Sounds like a plan. You're doing great. Good Luck in going forward. with love xx

That’s awesome!! Congratulations on your progress. I could almost feel you smiling with pride when I read your post!!

in reply to

Yes, was definitely smiling, these were big steps for me, thank you 😁

That all sounds wonderful! I’m so proud of you! Even if you take baby steps you are still stepping! That’s the important thing. I’m so glad Spidey is doing well in his classes. That’s good for him. Don’t hesitate to take him somewhere now though. All you have to say is he is an emotional support dog and if he is not hurting anyone they have to allow him. Even restaurants. Keep up the great work! You have age on your side and a lifetime of beautiful memories to be made! 💖

You're the one who gave me the idea when you commented on my post about the vest so I talked to my therapist about it. Spidey was already my safe person and now i can take him everywhere without panicking about someone saying no. So thank you so much for the advice
