Is this normal on sertraline?

Hi I have been on clomipramine 20mg nearly a year now for obsessive thoughts which works but it hasn't done anything to help my anxiety or mood even at higher doses so I have had sertraline 25mg added and the first week I felt great but after 10 days now I just feel blah! Like a very low mood and just can't be bothered very tired, almost like a zombie feeling at times, will this pass? And is this a side effect? I just want to feel a little bit happier mood wise. Feeling fed up.

Have you looked up the side affects of your med's? Talk to your pharmacist and or Dr. You may even need a higher dose, ask you Dr. Do not suffer needlessly. I am with you and send love & Hugs. Sprinkle 1
