I know it is time to break up with my boyfriend. We fight all the time and can't seem to get along. But my anxiety makes me fear many things: what if I hurt him? And what if I get panic attacks after breaking up with him.
Does anyone have advice ? It would be appreciated

Hi you are thinking too far ahead. You know if the relationship is on the rocks so go ahead and tell him in a nice way of course. You will hurt him but sometimes that's unavoidable and part of life.
It is worse to be in a bad relationship than to be alone. If you get panic attacks then have a plan to deal with them. That way you will feel in control.
I thhave jk most people can relate to what you're going through. You want to hold onto stability but know you're not happy. It's definitely helpful to get friends or family involved to keep your time occupied and helpnyou adjust. You never know something better maybe out there waiting. Just stay positive and keep yourself happy!
