My girlfriend of 3 years and I are breaking up. I believe we are both good people but our long term compatiability is doubtfull. I am having some paralyzing anxiety attacks that affect my sleeping, work and raising my son. Even the thoughts of the attacks cause anxiety. I am not sure how to handle the anxiety attacks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Exercise, walking helps me. Stress teas.. call some crusis line. Watch some meditation videos and deep breathe.Be kind to yourself you're going through a difficult time.
What you are living is highly stressing and worrying. It is normal that you feel thay way, you "lost" 3 years of love. Read, walk, meet other people and talk to your doctor. All this may and will help you feel better and bounce back to a much better day to day !
After many horrible break ups I gave up and decided to remain single. It hasn't been easy. My mental illness made relationships difficult.People are so demanding when it comes to love. And getting cheated on was the worst. I was a poor Artist when I was dating so I didn't offer Women Financial Security and I didn't want Children. It became a no win situation.
I am a yoga instructor and reiki master. One technique that I love to use is available wherever you go, your breath! Close your eyes and start to focus on body parts starting w your feet all the way to the crown of your head. I find it helps to also connect w the ground when doing this, so either lying down or seated w your feet on the ground. As you silently bring your attention to each body part feel your body get heavy and relaxed. Place your hands gently on your stomach and with each breath draw the breath deeper into your belly. As you breath in your belly softens and becomes full, and as you exhale the belly draws back towards the spine and release. Inhale to a count of 3, and exhale to a count of 3. Silently counting. Do several rounds till the panic settles. I'm also a big believer is prayer, send them up! Ask God for guidance. He is always listening!! ❤️
