Hello and welcome. If you don't already, I'd suggest looking into psychotherapy and medication if deemed necessary by a doctor. I always ragged on therapy growing up, but it's saved my life and seriously helped with my lack of sound decision making skills and interpersonal relationships.
As for little tidbits for when you're in a depressed/anxious episode--I do small things when I'm feeling depressed. Make a simple list on a piece of paper with things like "shower, do the dishes, do 1 load of laundry, go for a short walk around the neighborhood." Checking things off a physical list releases dopamine I also try to look for a creative outlet, like painting or strumming songs, without worrying whether the art is "good" or not. Worst case scenario--you will get some of that weight off your chest, and best case scenario--you may make something beautiful. I also try to be very mindful of my nutrition and exercise habits at all times. The last thing that has helped me a surprising amount is guided meditation. I use an app called Headspace, but there is also I free app called Insight Timer that my boyfriend uses.
