Good luck, Lucy17. If you want to call on with weight loss in the USA, watch out for their portion sizes, which are often over-generous. The problem I found was then you come back and a normal UK portion seems small. That said, I've always had very good food there on the whole.

Thanks for the tip! I looooove American food! But yeah the portions over there are so much bigger
