Hello everyone! I'm going to be honest I came upon the website because I simply googled ways not to hate yourself for being the biggest you have ever been ...it brought me here and soon I read many stories that I could relate to on a different level ..my story of course is that I've always been unmotivated as far as weight loss .my whole childhood I was the short fat girl.bullied alot broke me down until I joined the middle school athletics and shortly after ran all the weight off to where I was comfortable with being 125lb at 15 .I continued in sports throughout high school until my junior year where I broke my ankle which steadily lead to where I started I've always been the girl to when I'm emotional I go to food and sometimes I just can't stop!!! And I cry in frustration I'm 20 now and weigh about 175 I'm 5 ft and I just completely hate my body t the roads of lost confused and suffering anxiety hopefully this could help me

Hi! Don't feel bad about yourself. We are more than our weight. Over the years I have learned my worth as a wife, as a mother and as a friend. You can get in control of your weight. Just be the best you can be at any weight. You are special the way you are but if you want to get healthy again we'll be here for you.

Welcome. No matter how you got here. You are here. I was bullied growing up. So I know where you are coming from. Get back into some fitness program which you are no stranger to that. Then just make some simple meal plans with snacks to help you through the day. You are a beautiful person inside and out. And you do not need to lose weight to show people that. Don't forget that.
