Please advise re these. My GP claims to contact me on 13th, by phone.

I won’t bother with Autoimmune levels - they are slowly going down still and CRP seems ok.

Ferritin - 208 range 30-332

Folate - 30.5 range >7

B12 - 109 range > 37.5

D 84 range 50-200

TSH 1 range 0.27-4.2

FT3 4.9 range 3.1-6.8

FT4 20.3 range 12-22.

Im pleased with some results, disappointed in D and apprehensive re the Frees. I feel well. There’s a possible issue with CKD although I’m probably borderline.

All help gratefully received!

TSH has risen from last test of 0.02

was this test early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Which brand

Are you on gluten free and/or dairy free diet

As Ft3 increases kidney function should improve

Oh yes, adhered to protocols. Same brands of my 75 mcgs. 50 Accord and 25 Wockhardt.

I’m not on gluten or dairy free. I tried it for a few months last year, maybe 3-4 , but felt no different.

The only change I’ve made recently was adding Omega 3 capsules to my supplements - certainly helped with the blood flow for finger prick - was like a crime scene!

My T3 seems to be going down.

My T3 seems to be going down.

Retest again in another 2 months

Personally I would retry GFree for 6-12 months

Ok. Thanks again. I can tolerate gluten free. I didn’t realise it could have an effect on T3.

So when doc rings Monday, I was going to question them about kidney function/T3 Would you advise me to sit on it until next test?

See if Ft3 is stable, increasing or decreasing at next test

If decreasing…..look at seeing endocrinologist for T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine

Here’s link for how to request Thyroid U.K.list of private Doctors emailed to you, but within the email a link to download list of recommended thyroid specialist endocrinologists who will prescribe T3

Ideally choose an endocrinologist to see privately initially and who also does NHS consultations so that might eventually transfer to getting T3 on NHS

Thank you. You sent this to me recently and with help from another member, I was able to find an endo I feel I would be comfortable with, when or if the time comes.

Thank you again.

There is nothing scary about your thyroid panel. You should express to you Dr that you feel well. Any Endo of Dr I have seen wouldn't be worried about them results.
