I asked my son to check his thyroid (he is chronically tired all the time) as I have hashimoto's (TPO 345 & ultrasound confirm, not medicated as fall within ratio's) medichecks blood test revealed:Ferritin 263 (30-518)
CRP 0.31 (0-3)
Folate serum 7.7 (7-35)
B12 active 80.8 (37.5-188)
Vitamin D 97.8 (50-250)
TSH 1.25 (0.27-4.2)
T3 5.7 (3.1-6.8)
T4 20.5 (12-22)
TPO 17 (0-34)
I would be very grateful for suggestions to raise his Ferritin, folate & B12? You guy's were super helpful with me x

Thank you for replying 😊 he is not on any thyroid hormones, since discovering my situation I wanted him to check his (family condition: maternal uncle had thyroidectomy, sister hypothyroid) Thyroid function, i thought they were high?
Symptoms of thyroid dysfunction can often begin long before the hormone blood levels go out of range. At this stage, although T4 and T3 are quite high, TSH is optimum. I would repeat thyroid testing on a regular basis to see if there's a pattern that might indicate things are heading in a direction that requires treatment.
I'll leave others to suggest possible action for Ferritin, folate & B12. 😊
