Hi all, please see my latest blood test results below, done at 9am, fasted, last dose of levo 24 hours before, ceased biotin, b12 and b complex supplements 7 days before the test. I also did a Iron test so I'll do another post when I get those results. I simply couldn't wait for the Iron results to get your feedback😀!

Folate (error no result but was 14 in September (3.89-26.8))

CRP 2.98 (<3)Ferritin 187 (30-150)

Vitamin D 75.2 (50-250)

Active B12 140 (37.5 -188)

TSH 0.023 (0.27-4.2)

T3 5 (3.1- 6.8)

T4 24.4 (12-22)

TPO 210 (0-34)

Thyroglobin 33.1 (0-115)

I increased my dose from 125 to 150 levo 6 weeks ago. 2 or 3 weeks in and I was really struggling with sleep and being able to function during the day. Week 4 and I started to get body aches for about a week and felt weak and irritable. I was very suprised that I started to feel better from week 5 over the last 7 days; the aches have reduced significantly and I've been sleeping alot better.

Suggest you stay on current dose and retest again in another 6-8 weeks

all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Vitamin levels look good

Meanwhile are you on gluten free/dairy free diet?

Thank you. My improvement in symptoms is recent so perhaps I will improve further on this dose (both in terms of symptoms and T3). And see if the over range T4 decreases. Yes I'm strictly gluten/dairy/soy/egg plus the rest free😊

If Ft4 is over range after next test consider a SMALL dose reduction

Eg 150mcg x 5 days week and 137.5mcg x 2 days week…..so a reduction of 25mcg PER WEEK

Resting again in a further 8 weeks

You'd benefit from getting your Vit D above 100 🤗

One that contains K2-MK7 like Nature Provides
