Hi, I have made another post regarding subacute thyroiditis. I had subacute thyroiditis Feb - June 2022 painless. It never quite went away with some slight hyper symptoms on and off.

Roll on to Feb 2022 it kicks back in but alot worse and I have been house bound since. I have very few hyper symptoms now but some still present. I'm very fatigued and feel pretty rotten I had some Bloods done last week. If someone has some advice possibly please.

My white blood cells and neutrophils are high every 2 weeks. Then my Bloods are normal again. Cortisol levels are good, I had a 4 point saliva check 2 weeks ago. My ferritin, b12 and folate all seem to fluctuate dependant on the white blood cells (I am low in the vitamins but not sure how low due to the fluctuations)

Hi, so vitamin D was 45, folate 4 and b12 167ng/l. I'm currently having issues with white blood cells and its causing my red and white cells to fluctuate along with my vitamin levels very strange!I've always had low folate, b12 and D. Coeliac test negative.

Please add ranges on these results

If vitamin D is 45nmol it’s far too low

Folate looks likely to be deficient, but that depends on range

Is this serum B12 test via NHS or private Active B12 test

Vitamin D 45.6nmol/l - dropped from 63 there is no ranges sorry.

Folate is 4.0ug/l - range >4

B12 167 ng/l range >203ng/l

Active b12 44 range 37-148
