Blood results help please

After my recent GP visit and waiting for several months, I finally have my blood results. It wasn't an easy one though. After a terrible GP apt where I was constantly interrupted and made feel like I'm wasting her time, where she has told me that all hypothyroidism is Hashimotos and refusing to check antibodies because in Oct they were fine, I had my bloods done last week. The nurse bruised my arm by going through the vain, didn't put any proper pressure on the plaster so I was bleeding all over my arm, clothes and pavement when walking home (went back to have it cleaned when I felt the blood on my arm while walking). I had to go back home, wash my dress, change before being able to go to the office. Then I had the results on the hospital app only to notice that TSH and T4 were not done!!!

I went back yesterday to have blood taken again for those two basic tests! I'm fed up with them.

Anyway, here are my results finally. Could you please advise especially on T4, T3 as I don't know what the figures should be.

When I requested those I was feeling terrible but this was 2 months ago. I'm better now which I guess TSH can confirm.

Are my vit D, B12, folate, ferritin still too low? D is lower than last time.

Also, any idea about the other results? Is my cholesterol too hight?

What replacement thyroid hormones are you taking

Was TSH and Ft4 test done early morning, fasting and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking

Optimal levels

vitamin D at least over 80nmol

B12 over 500 and ferritin over 70

Hi, yes so tests taken before 9 am fasting, only good of lemon water before. Hormone taken over 24h before. So vitamins stopped a week before.I'm in 75mcg daily of Wockhardt which is the only one I can tolerate. As soon as I take even one tablet of Mercury, I get terrible migraine.

Now I'm wondering if 2x higher dose of 100mcg a week before the test could've put my TSH to the current result? So last week after I had my tests done and I didn't suspect that they didn't do TSH, I had to take my emergency tablets of Mercury which were a 100mcg because there pharmacy again didn't fulfill the other correctly. I took those without cutting it but only for 2 days, then i was back to normal for about 3-4 days before the TSH test yesterday.

Nothing is ever simple!

I'm supplementing Vit D, B12, selenium, zink and magnesium. Not every day as I keep forgetting or if I remember it's the wrong time of the day.

FT4: 14.9 pmol/l (Range 10.5 - 21)

Ft4 only 41.90% through range

FT3: 5.5 pmol/l (Range 3.5 - 6.5)

Ft3 better at 66.67% through range

Suggests you perhaps need dose increase

Request increase to 4 x Wockhardt…..even if you initially only increase to 100mcg 4 days a week

Get a weekly pill dispenser for levothyroxine

And another for vitamins
