More blood results

Hi everyone, I'm after some advice please.

My iron levels were so low in November that I was refused at blood doning. I have an underactive thyroid too.

I've just had my latest blood test results.

Last times results on 22/11/21 were as follows;

Serum T4 21.2 pmol/L range 12 to 22

Serum T3 4.1 pmol/L range 3.10 to 6.8

TSH 0.01 range 0.27 to 4.20

Serum Ferritin 26ug/L range 13 to 150

B12 741 ng/L range 197 to 771

Serum folate 18.3 ug/L range 1.9 to 25

Haemoglobin estimation 132 g/L range 115 to 165

The latest results are

T4 21.2

T3 3.6

TSH 0.02

Serum ferritin 54

B12 1008

Serum folate 20

Vit D 123 they didn't test that last time!

Any comments gratefully received.

Was test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Did you get iodine test done

Have you stopped iodine supplements

Yes test done at 9ish and last dose 24 hours prior to test. No I didn't get iodine test done and I didn't stop taking it. I must have missed those comments before.

Are you currently seeing a psychiatrist

Endocrinologist or psychiatrist can prescribe T3

Psychiatrist can prescribe T3 for medication resistant depression

No I've never seen a psychiatrist. I've got some T3 but I've not been taking it as been trying to get my vitamin levels better first. I'm on anti depressants. Do you think T3 would help?

I'm going to get some lemon juice and have that for my stomach acid problem
