I finally had my free T3 and thyroid peroxidase tested, and they suggest that my thyroid function is fine and I have no autoimmune problem.
I've been taking vitamins b12, D, iron and folate each day for a year on the advice of members of this forum. This time last year I had a low ferritin level of around 9, folate was 3, and b12 was around 50.
I do feel a bit better than I did a year ago, but not much. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2015 and had thyroid symptoms for around a decade before. I don't know what to do next. My face and ankles are puffy, I have carpal tunnel, joint aches and fatigue. Where do I go from here?

Thanks for the reply, SlowDragon. My grandfather had psoriasis, but no one else seems to have had similar problems to mine. As for the supplements, I take them religiously each morning/evening and will continue to do so. Wondering why my iron stores have hardly improved in nine months.
If anyone has any information on the way to go about getting a scan, please let me know. I'm desperate for answers.
Hi Greygoose, In the morning I take B complex with B12 and iron with liposomal vitamin c, and zinc. I have my vitamin D drops in the afternoon (they contain K2) with magnesium and selenium.
Thank-you very much SlowDragon for the link to the article on atrophied thyroid. The endo said my thyroid was 'doing nothing' and guessed it was Hashimoto's however this fits exactly my symptoms. I've always hoped I could return to Levo and stop the T3 but now think I'd better let go of that dream.
